MY STORY
My passion for fitness began when I was 15 years old. I used to train at home with not much equipment. I only had a bottle of water and a towel, but I had courage and burning desire to train.
I started at the gym when I was 16 years old to improve my body as well as my life in general. I realised that working out trains not only the body but also the mind.
Today with more than 10 years on this journey I enjoy encouraging people to change their lifes ,their bodies and their minds. Training for 40 minutes can change one’s mood for the whole day.
